  1. Download the DMG from the private GitHub release. Repository access is required.
  2. Open the disk image and drag Orbit into Applications.
  3. Launch Orbit. Start with the demo, or configure your coding CLI and connect a repository.

Before you install

This preview targets Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 15 or later. It bundles Python and the interface. Real agent work uses a separately installed and authenticated Codex, Claude Code, or custom CLI.

The current build is ad-hoc signed and has not been notarized by Apple. macOS may require first-launch approval in Privacy & Security. Keep system-wide security protections enabled.

Quit Orbit to stop local scheduling. Your saved decisions and waiting work return when you reopen it.
